Dear Candyboxers As we approach level 4 lockdown, we wanted to let you know our next steps.
Today we will be preparing our boxes for today’s pickup.
We are currently working with the courier companies to determine if our Candybox’s  will be delivered to you during the lockdown period. Our hope is that we can continue to deliver our Candybox’s so that you can send your loved ones a special treat, as it is times like these we all need a sweet treat as a pick me up and to know someone is thinking of them, especially if they have a celebration during this time like a birthday, anniversary, new baby and of course Easter..
While we are uncertain if we are able to deliver your order, we are certain that if we can’t, we will offer you a full refund.
If you have pre-ordered and we can’t deliver, our team will be in touch over the next few days.  If you do not hear from us, this means your order is still able to be sent.

DELIVERY

The price of your Candybox covers everything - this includes a funky little card, packaging, standard courier delivery anywhere in New Zealand and GST....

(If your someone lives in a remote part of this paradise we call NZ & there isn’t a rural delivery ‘RD’ in the address, you need to let us know, so we can get your Candybox to the courierand to allow the extra time it takes to get to remote destinations. We know where all the candy in the world is, but not all of the intricacies of NZ geography)

*February 2020 - SH1 Planned Closure

The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA)  recently announced a forced closure of State Highway 1 between Turangi and Taupo scheduled for 16 February 2020 for about 8 weeks.  This will cause some delays between upper and lower North Island.  Please allow an extra day for your Candyboxes to arrive.

 

Standard Delivery information:

The courier picks up the Candyboxes just after 11.00am every weekday (except public holidays). If you order individual❅ Candyboxes before 11.00am and your delivery address is around a main centre, your Candybox should arrive the next business day - please read all the notes below if timely delivery is important to your order.

*That's the Next Business Day and those of you whose delivery address is in the more remote corners of this glorious country of ours (Rural delivery), will need to allow a couple more days for packages to arrive  (a small price to pay for living in that corner of paradise).

❅South Island only - one or two Candyboxes can be delivered the next business day, three or more Candyboxes ordered to the same address in the South Island can take an extra day as they are unable to be air freighted under the arrangement we have with Fastway Couriers.

Here are some things to note...

While we guarantee to get your Candybox on the courier in time, we cannot be held responsible for a Candybox arriving late through no fault of our own (e.g late courier drop off) - so we don't offer refunds in this situation. We think that's pretty fair and we hope you do, too.
